Hello, I am having an issue with my phone not having any connection via data or cellular. It is an iphone 11 and is updated to 16.4.1 and has an esim card.

IMEI is 35 291111 686152 9
I cannot find the Esim number on my phone.
the address I am at is 36507 108th ave ct e Eatonville, WA 98328.
I have already tried turning off cellular and back on with no luck. I have also restarted the phone multiple times and it has done nothing. As far as I can tell my last notification happened at 330/400 am today so it was working fine until then.
