no mobile data for 5 days after switching plans

On April 5th 2019 I switched to 3 for $90 plan and immediately lost internet /data.

Today is April 10th and I still don't have internet or data on my iPhone 6S Plus.

After going through all the steps they wanted me to do and not getting anywhere they told me that my SIM card is bad and to go to a Cricket store to buy one and have it installed.

I did that this morning but I still can't get the internet and data. The cricket guy put the new SIM card in a different phone and it didn't work there either. So he told me that the problem isn't with the SIM card or my phone but with my number and that the store couldn't help and to call 611 again.

Just talked to a 611 support guy who is telling me to go to the store for help! This is just ridiculous!!!

called them again and the guy told me to do network reset for the 4th time... said he would call back in 3 minutes and never called back.

I'm really frustrated how terrible Cricked has been acting - no real help at all. And tomorrow will be my day 6 without data and internet! Terrible service!
