no ring and no voicemail

Why when I call a specific person that has an iPhone does it hangup on me without even ringing once or even going to the voicemail?

If you are sent to straight to voicemail when you call someone, it is possible that the issue is on their end not yours. If they have Cricket service we’d be happy to assist them.
