I have gone through the process of trying to set up ‘visual voicemail’ and at the end, the message I receive is that I can’t set it up because it’s not available in my area. What’s up with that?

Cricket support did help get it going - Shawn was excellent and in hardly any time at all, it was good to go. Interesting that he said it appeared to be set up. I tikd him that when people called, their calls went straight to voicemail and they were then told that a message couldn’t be left because the mailbox was full. I don’t know what Shawn did but he then told me to try opening voicemail - I then went through the process of setting it up.
