I own an Apple 11 on Cricket. I am not receiving some texts and they only appear on my phone when I restart it. I had some contacts send me over 8 texts over a few days, I received none of them, restarted my phone, and they all immediately arrived.
I receive some texts just fine, but some will not arrive at all. How do I fix this? Texting is my most used function on Cricket and it is not working.

Was there a suggested solution for this? I’ve been having the same issue. Some texts are fine, others I don’t receive for days or at all. I’ve also received phone calls from people in my contact list but the call just shows up as their phone number as if they aren’t a contact. I’ve tried power cycling my phone and ensured I’ve installed all updates but still have issues.
I would also like to know what the suggested solution is as I am having the same problem.
