I ordered a phone on Feb 18th and it still says processing everyday that I check the status.
Can someone please tell me where my order is located? And why I have yet to receive it in the mail? I selected Auto Pay and I'm afraid I'll be charged for a monthly bill and I haven't even used the phone yet. Please help me. I have 3 kids and I'm using my 12 yr old son's phone right now.
