I ordered a new iphone 11 (128g, black) at the cricket online shop, but the package was lost at the UPS Access Point. I filed a claim at the UPS website and they said they failed to find my package. I can see that my status changed to ‘claim issued(approved)’ . They said that they will forward the search results to the shipper and I need to contact the shipper for further details if I have any question. Since I have no idea what I am supposed to do next, could you let me know what I should do to get refund or redelivery for my lost package?
