Parental control feature on iphone 6s

Wanted to know if there is a parental control feature on the iPhone 6s that can pause service from another phone during punishment it really should be threw the service provider just as the Eero app program works for my internet provider to pause any or all electronics attached to the service with just a click of a button. Parents like to protect there children and have children with behavior problem that don't like to listen or follow directions.
