Phone gets reported lost/stolen

I got a new phone and it is not blacklisted but after 30 minutes or so the phone keeps getting reported lost/stolen after I try to activate it.
I just want to know why it is doing it because all the things that I have read online says the phone is blacklisted when it does that but it is not blacklisted

Hey adam02 had the same issue with a iPhone 6s Plus new was definately not black listed and when I tried to use the phone after I went and got my service about a half hour into it it was blocked and wouldn’t. Work I checked with apple and they looked and said it was definately not black listed and I got the name and a referral number and called cricket After a week of no phone and another $55 charge which wasn’t returned to my card just credited to my account cricket told me I was correct there was no information that it was black listed and since then after calling apple and explaining the situation I’ve never had a problem but I will say this I was very disappointed in cricket for not comping or doing something for there mistake and charging me again one I was without a phone for over a week that I paid for and charged an extra $55 for nothing that I coulda spent on my children hope this helps you are not crazy it’s not the phone itS CRICKET

Hey guys! So im living hell right now. I got a Iphone 8 plus that was from sprint they unlocked it completely for me it is not black listed at all. But guess what?! Cricket says it is! I have called them over 10 days the past 2 days to let them know my phone is not black listed I bought the phone from sprint im the first owner of it! I even called apple to verify that the phone wasnt on the black list and they said no it sure isnt on the list! Im very upset I cant get my phone to work through them.. anything anyone can suggest??
