Poor connection to internet after paying FULL PRICE!!!!

I pay for the over $60 a month plan for everything and unlimited data yet I can NEVER come t to internet unless I’m at home connected to my local internet provider. This is very upsetting and I would like to speak with someone who can remedy this issues immediately! Can you tell me exactly what I’m paying for each month at this high rate while I can’t even connect to internet on my phone that I have serviced with you Crickett????????
