Poor connection to internet after paying FULL PRICE!!!!

I pay for the over $60 a month plan for everything and unlimited data yet I can NEVER come t to internet unless I’m at home connected to my local internet provider. This is very upsetting and I would like to speak with someone who can remedy this issues immediately! Can you tell me exactly what I’m paying for each month at this high rate while I can’t even connect to internet on my phone that I have serviced with you Crickett????????

Thank you 🙏🏽 I will call a customer rep today as I’m trying to apply for emergency broadband and know I qualify! Having hard time getting the application to seem like it’s going through and signing into an account even as issues it seems. Where is best customer number to call for this issue as well?

I have been walking around with 1 maybe 2 bars for W E E K S ! My friends and family-work NOONE can hear what I’m saying , calls dropped and vice versa. I HAD been content up until someone lowered the juice.
Nothing has changed on my end !
