Ported number over from Verizon and charged full price.

 I have been complaining about not getting the promotion price after switching phone from Verizon. So I was told that the difference would be credited to my account, but never happened. My phone also says that I’m a California customer, but yet I live in Colorado and also purchased the phone in Colorado. While calling several times and yet they determined my phone wasn’t on promotion IN CALIFORNIA. They were no help and just laughed. No supervisor or Management did anything. Everything I do on my phone is set on California Eastern time. Every search comes up In California area. Not cool cause I live in Colorado!!  2.) Whenever I try to pay online in the app my payment never goes through. I have to call the 800 number to be charged $4 dollars because.  
Cricket is getting very good at getting more money for slick tricks and not doing anything to fix it.
