I have been a Cricket customer for I believe 4 years now. I have an unlocked Iphone 7 PLUS. I have a reception issue at my house. The phone has the newest version of IOS which is IOS 14.
Whether it is an inbound or outbound call, I hear the person CRYSTAL CLEAR but the person at the other end tells me it is garbled every few seconds.
I believe that it is a TOWER issue. Well that is what CRICKET told me a year ago. They said that AT&T had a tower that was an issue. With the exception of using the phone in my own home which is a populated area on Long Island New York (11725), the service works well.
At one point Cricket said they were going to use those phone to internet contraptions, but that never happened.
Since this is AT&T........ the biggest and BEST, can't they figure out what is going on with this Tower? My Sim CARD in a different phone does the exact same thing.
PLEASE HELP, this is driving me CRAZY. Four other people with phones on my account DO NOT live with me and have ZERO issues.
