This customer service representative at the West 117th location Cleveland Ohio, she charge me $10 for a Sim chip that I didn’t need. she was trying to troubleshoot my phone, if you don’t know how to troubleshoot a phone in with the phone and what it needs. Please not charge customers $10 for a Sim chip that they don’t need. I called the district manager and the manager of the store and argued with me and said it’s non refundable.
