I sent back an iPhone for a refund, and haven’t received it yet. It was approved on 01/23/2023. It’s been 15 business days as of today 02/11/2023. I’ve called multiple times only to be put on hold for hours, or get disconnected, or to be told there’s nothing they can. Even the warranty dept hung up on me. It seems that nothing can be done. 
my order number is 2234840125120963 My order was placed originally on 01/12/2023 I sent it back per your instructions, and it was received and approved for refund payment on 01/23/2023
