The only way a call can be recorded is by yourself or the person you are talking to.  Also not all devices have this capability.

Their are a lot of spy apps that sell software that can do unbelievable things to their target device. They should be illegal!! Look up Flexispy. Hope this will give you some insight and I hope you in catch the hacker and prosecute. Good luck and God bless.

The truth is, yes. Someone can listen to your phone calls, if they have the right tools and they know how to use them – which when all is said and done, isn't anywhere near as difficult as you might expect.

Is there a software that can detect this if it's happening?

  1. Maintain Calm: While it can be concerning to think that your calls are being monitored, it's important to stay calm and collected while addressing the situation.

  2. Gather Evidence: Document any suspicious incidents or behaviors that lead you to believe your calls are being monitored. This can include unexpected background noise, unusual call drops, or instances where someone seems to have knowledge of your private conversations.

  3. Conduct Security Checks: Regularly check your devices for any signs of tampering or unauthorized software installations. Look for unfamiliar apps install-a-chair-rail, changes in settings, or unusual battery drain that may indicate the presence of spyware or surveillance software.

  4. Secure Your Devices: Ensure that your devices (such as smartphones or computers) have strong and unique passwords or PIN codes. Keep your devices updated with the latest security patches and use reputable security software to detect and remove any malicious programs.
