My phone is stuck in SOS mode and after restarting it the phone remains in SOS mode. I have called several times to fix the issue with no help. What am I doing wrong?

Same here. They want me to pay for a SIM card to fix the problem. Are they crazy? Time to move to Mint.

Your phone number was ported to another carrier. Google porting or slamming by FCC.
