My phone’s been stuck on SOS I tried restarting phone, taking Sim card out, called a representative. If she didn’t help out, she told me she was gonna call me back and never did as well. Why pay all this money monthly for her to have horrible service in for situations like this, this is a reoccurring issue.

Hey @Keylowforeal are you in Jersey or Delaware? If so, there’s mad outages in those areas right now. People are talking about it on Facebook & Twitter.
