SOS only

So I saw someone else on here had the same problem I have been having. Before the update horrible spotty service. We did the update and more often than not, the phone says SOS only across the top. It has nothing to do with an outage in my area because I have two other lines on this account and no issues with their service. This is indeed frustrating for what we pay to have no service!!!

So, do you want me to post the address of every single place that we go that doesn’t get service? Because this is pretty much all day every day. We spend most of our time in town with her either at school or at the daycare I work at. We don’t get service there either.
