I bought an unlocked iPhone 7 for my daughter then brought it to cricket store to add it on my account. Got a new sim and number. The next day, my daughter asked me if we can switch phones ( i have iPhone 11 Pro) which I don’t see any problem so I agree. When I called my daughter after school to pick her up, my calls just keeps on going to her voicemail and she’s not getting any text messages either. When we got home, i tried to find out what’s wrong. I tried every options possible but nothing works. The only reason I can think of is that it’s probably because the SIM card is under the iPhone 7’s imei number. Any suggestions?
