Unable to send international texts

Hello,

I am using an unlocked Iphone Max Pro 13 and am on unlimited cricket plan.

I am getting the following message when I am trying to send SMS to India.

Cricket here! We are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination is not supported from your current location.

Not sure what this means?

Please advise?
