I had cancelled confirmed order for porting 5 number to Cricket due wanting to change type of phone, but now when i resubmit the order i unable to get the Promotion advertised on the website. I am getting error when i place the order. I have talked to 10 different customer agent and they are not able to figure it out.
Error message I am getting: Only two phones (6s, 6s plus, 7 and 7 plus) is allowed per household.
