I am with Cricket for 6 months. The agent see my phone as deactivated. The agent says it should be unlocked on June 30. I said the phone is active and It is in my use for 6 months. I asked to check the billing history. If it is deactivated then how am I making calls? The agent did not have the right answer and solution.
