Thanks for helping me with my dispute before but now I am having an issue with unlocking my phone.
I purchased the locked IPhone SE last November and have been using your service since then. I have met the 6 month requirement but it says that I can't unlock it.
I used my cricket SIM card primarily on the other IPhone 11 that I purchased myself, it was unlocked when I purchased it. Most of the time I used the IPhone SE without the SIM card.
As I have been using your service for the entire 6 months period, and I only used the SIM card on the other unlocked phone purchased directly from Apple (you can check the history to confirm this), I think it makes sense if you can unlock my Iphone SE.

Hi there, For our devices to be eligible for unlock, the device you want to unlock has to be active for at least six months of paid service.
