Upgrading my phone during covid

I’m an existing Cricket customer and plan to upgrade to a new unlocked iPhone. I’m just wondering if I have to bring in my phone to a Cricket store do this upgrade, or if I can simply swap the SIM card at home.

As long as your sim card is the right size, you can just swap it into your new device.  If you will require a new sim card then you would need to visit a store.
