I have been a Cricket user for over 5 years but recently my voice mail box doesn't allow anyone to leave a message. I have a Apple SE which was replaced by an Apple store after it was damaged. The Apple store cloned the hardware from the damaged phone and says the new one works perfectly. It does, except for one problem - no one can leave a message in my voicemail box since the hardware was swapped. When I call voicemail it says no messages - so it seems to be set up correctly.
I went to the Cricket store and they say it it not their problem (that means the girl doesn't know how to fix it). She says the number is not registered with Cricket even though normal data and voice (non-voicemail) work fine and the bills are paid promptly (automatically).
Can anyone help? Or do I need to find a provider that delivers everything I pay for?
