My order was placed on Feb. 18 2023. I still have not received my order. I’ve called several times and they either put me on hold and never come back to the phone. The last two times I called the automated system repeats itself until they just hang up.

You guys are running a scam. Lying about 2 day shipping and phone availability. My phone was ordered on 2.18.23. Plus I signed up for automatic bill pay. So you guys are going to charge me for the 1st month of service as if I have the phone and using it. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM,CRICKET AGAIN
