@jenddil Thanks for posting on the Community Forum! All Apple Flex-Pay devices are locked to the carrier you initially use the phone on. We'd be happy to submit your unlock request to Apple. Please reach out to our Support Team on Twitter @cricketsupport or on Facebook at m.me/cricketwireless for assistance.

I am having the same issue with my phone. I recently got an iphone 11 pro max from Best Buy without a sim card. I inserted a Cricket sim card in it and now the phone is locked to Cricket. I need the device to be unlocked as I travel internationally and will require my phone to work with all the carriers.

I purchased an unlocked phone when I just received it today there is no pick to open the side to install it's sim cards. Why is it not here. A straight pin will not even work to do this.

Hi @Theresat74 we thank you for reaching out to Cricket community forum. If a sim ejector was not included with the device, you may try to push out the sim tray with a paper clip or visit a retail location for assistance in removing the sim card tray.
