Can I use my xfinity iPhone xr with my cricket account.  My SIM card fits but I get an error message.

Hello @Codyboob2012  the device can only be used if it is network unlocked.  If you are receiving an error message most likely it is not unlocked and you will need to reach out to the prior carrier to have this done.
