I have an Apple SE. My old one broke and I got a replacement from the Apple Store. After the replacement, I find that no one can leave me an voicemail message. I have the voice mail box set up correctly and it always says I have no messages. When people call and I do not answer, they can no longer leave an voicemail message like they did before I swapped phone hardware.
Apple store cloned my old phone to the new one and they say it is OK. I went to the Cricket Store and they say its not their problem (that means she doesn't know how to fix it). She says the number isn't registered in the Cricket system although I get normal voice and data fine - just not voicemail.
I am a 5 year + user of Cricket services but am about ready to switch to a service where all the features I pay for works.
Can anybody help?
