I am not a Cricket customer and yet they managed to steal more than $2,400.00 buck from me. I called Cricket less than 20 minutes after the stole my money and they refused to help me because they said I was not a customer. I have heard of similar complaints and was wondering how many of there customers they steal from.
Folks don’t use auto pay or attempt a refund 4.5 hours I’ve been on the phone with them for being double charged and they refused my one month bill over payment to be refunded. Then the all edge supervisor hung up on me because now I have to figure out how my son and I whom are disabled are getting a new tire cause mine blew out plus getting to my pain management specialists not to mention buying groceries I’ll have to go get a loan to afford to get everything taken care of because cricket says they can’t refund the stolen money after 4 yrs of dedication and Bill always paid on my pay day they want to screw coustomers over.
Hi! So I have a question about my billing amount. My total bill is originally $65 a month. I'm on the benefit program which is supposed to take $30 off my bill which would leave my bill at $35 total. But when I logged into my account to pay my bill, i noticed i have a $30 credit as well from last month. So basic math means i should only be paying $5 this month right? But somehow the website says that i owe the full $35 right now. I'm confused and I cant get a representative on the phone to explain to me why my credit isn't being applied! And I cant chat with a representative either!! I'm confused as to why I'm being overcharged if I over paid last month...help please!!!
i bought a dream 5g and a week and a half later it black screened and says device is corrupt. i cant do anything with it. i also cant factory reset it. i called cricket, cricket warranty dept, cricket store and all im getting is a the run around. i just recently lost my husband and struggling to raise my teenage son. they are dragging it out so ill have to file an insurance claim and pay $75 deductible. im not doing that bc i didnt have it 3 weeks. i dont do ppl wrong and liked crickets service but now since they thought it was ok to rip me off like im a noone and that saddens me and sickens me too. why have warranties and not honor them. im still thinking about reporting them bc my bills paid. its been almost 3 months since i bought the phone and i had it it 1 week or so b4 it messed up. i pay my bill ao y not replace my phone? Thats not rite, some ppl dont have $ to throw around. I will be reporting this to whoever i need to. I dont usually tattle but ripping ppl off is wrong.
Cricket overcharged me last month and instead of refunding the money, said that I wouldn’t be charged for the following month. (May). But I was charged. So I went to the Cricket Store and was told that I had to call Cricket as the store could not help me. I call the Cricket line and was told that they couldn’t help me I would have to call my bank and have them do a charge back. I call my bank and wait on hold for an hour just to be told that they couldn’t do anything, that it had to come from Cricket. I call Cricket back and am told that they cannot help me but offered to do a 3-way call with my bank (yes, the one I had to stay on hold for an hour in order to talk to a human.) So I am considering looking into another carrier but first I need to get my money back. Do I need to quit autopay and just eat the $5 or does anyone know how I can get ahold of an English speaking American human who can strighten this out for me? Or is it all just India Call centers and robots?
Bridgepay!!! I have my hotspot scheduled to come off of my plan starting tonight at midnight.. which is also when my bill is due. That’s one hour to go. I went to go set up bridgepay and it said I was not eligible for bridgepay this month. It will not let me cancel the plan change of removing hotspot starting tomorrow. How can I fix this within an hour so I can pay my fricken phone bill?!?!? Someone help. I work from home and am a single mother. I really need my phone as I use it for work from home all day long. Help please. Thanks in advance!
Short story: booted of the grandfathered 5 for $100 plan after one 3g line went into suspension. Now being charged $110 a month. Called 7 times today to try and resolve. Got the line back online and now they moved us to 5 lines for $125. First, never gave permission to move to a new plan. Now, they said I need to file a dispute. I thought I was able to do that online BUT it seems I have to fill out a form and mail it in. Why such a run around? I tried last night to talk with someone online and I was on there for over 1 ½ hours which lead nowhere. Was on the phone today for almost 2 hours. If we don’t get back on the old plan, we’re moving on. There has to be a better way to dispute then sending snail mail. I think they just bank on people being lazy to not mail it in.
I have Autopay active but for some reason my phone bill always gets disconnected anyways so I have to pay it manually through the app. Well this time it actually did go through and I didn't notice, so now I've got extra credit on my account that I don't need. Is there anyway to get a my money back on that extra credit?
Hey I'm contacting yall because I have been waiting on my refund for a minute now all I keep getting is lie after lie I have been with cricket since yall open and I never thought I would have a problem with cricket so April 8th I purchased a iphone 13 mini by mistake so when I got the phone April 11th I took the phone back to the ups store after I called cricket and got a ticket to send it back I was told cricket received the phone April 13 and I should have my refund within 10 business days ok so while I'm waiting I never got a email or anything all I was told was 7-10 days then 8-10 days and 10-14 days I have my order number and the number for return I have been chatting with different people and nothing has been done but different lies told to me I don't understand why it is such a big deal to why I can't get my refund back now without a phone and my money it's very aggravating when I have been with yall also since my 10 days are up there is supposed to be a case open but what's the
I've been on and off the phone with Cricket Wireless Customer Service today and I'm extremely frustrated. After speaking with five different agents/supervisors collectively for over two and half hours, they talked over me and wouldn't let me speak, then ultimately hung up on me (very professional). I'm trying to switch to Verizon after experiencing months and months of delayed texts and performance issues. Unfortunately Cricket is claiming that the iPhone XR that I purchased from them outright (yes, my own iPhone that I paid for and did NOT finance) cannot be unlocked until after six months from activation date. They claim it states that in the "contract". What??? Contract??? I originally signed up with Cricket because I didn't want a contract! So Cricket Wireless is holding my iPhone XR (my asset that I own) hostage. It's absolutely unbelievable and speaks volumes about a poorly run organization. DO NOT GO WITH CRICKET WIRELESS!!!
Havent got my refund of 753$ and it has been over a month now. Bought online a 256gb iPhone 11. Wasnt the correct one, cool, called got a shipping label emailed to me for 2 day shipping. The phone had not been opened neither had the sim cards. I was told to wait 7- 10 business days. Okay I waited and I had not had my return yet. I called back spoke with warranty and was told they had confirmed they had the device. So where is my refund? After so many calls I still have yet to be told when I would be getting my money back, why its taking so long, and if there is an issue let the customer know, plus they seem to not do anything about the issue. All they tell you is to wait. Warranty and CS. Yet Im still a customer, I guess I lost since I still have service with them. Be warned.
My service was supposed to be good until 11:59 pm. I paid in full at 11:39 pm. Then I find out that my account had already been suspended and a five dollar charge added. So when I added the CORRECT amount to keep my service turned on, my phone REMAINS deactivated until I pay the five dollar charge FOR YOUR MISTAKE. I refuse. Every second my phone remains deactivated is THEFT, because I was paying on time. FIX IT!I cannot believe I have my phone suspended because apparently some stupid F***up with daylight savings time.There is NO WAY to contact anybody in person to make them fix it. Added hot spot to one phone on 4/04...paying $10charge at that time for months use...told it will cover billing cycle for 4/22... received Bill showing I owed the $10... Already paid for that cycle only used for 16days...was told they would issue a credit for $5...account still show I owe $5...why..now I have paid $15 for 2 weeks service...they owe me $5 for 2weeks of unused service...Really like they were doing me a favor...becoming so disappointed in this companies customer service expertise.
I BEEN WITH COMPANY FOR A WHILE AND I KIND OF RAN INTO BAD TIMES SO I SET UP BRIGDEPAY (WHICH I REALLY REGRET) TO GET ME THREW A FEW DAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT. I THOUGHT AUTOPAY WILL TAKE OUT THE MONEY BUT I DIDNT KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE IT SETUP THREW BRIDGEPAY IT DOESNT. NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY A FULL MONTH PAY AND THROW THE 90 DOLLARS THAT I ALRADY PAID AWAY WHICH I AM NOT DOING. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERIVCE TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME OUT BY 1 DAY AND THEY SAID NO THATS YOUR FAULT AND NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY. CRICKET WIRLESS JUST LOST A VALUBLE CUSTOMER OVER 60 DOLLARS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS TAKING MONEY BUT REFUSING TO PROVIDE SERVICE. I started a new line last month on the $40 plan. I immediately noticed my service was very slow, I only had 1 bar of service and I was barely able to make a call. After 3 days I received a text saying all my data was used and my data would be even slower. I then paid an additional $13 to upgrade to the unlimited data plan. This DID NOT help and my data connection was still bad (I would get error messages saying I was not connected to the network as well as seeing it on my phone. I called customer service (Aug 24) and the rep said she would create a ticket to fix the issue and issue me a courtesy credit for the inconvenience. No one every contacted me or did anything about that ticket. Since that first call I have called over 10 times ( just spoke to a rep 2hrs ago) to report the same issue and that my data is not working but they issued another ticket, some reps hung up the phone in my face and some promised an
Help me understand this, I have the money for my bill. I asked you had a grace period, you say no and offer me bridge pay. Paying half now and half later. I say I don't need to do that and I have the money. Ok next day I get a text message stating you will process the payment through autopay.....I'm going to work when you send a message saying the payment didn't go through but I didn't see this until 2a this morning when you suspended my damn account. I'm a truck driver, I can't afford crap like this happening. That processing error is your mistake and I'm not paying an extra 15/16 dollars for your messed up software. Even in the text sent after, it said to pay $116.. call 611 and youve tacked on an extra fee. The hell, why am I paying an extra fee and its a day late..... and you conveniently suspended my account. What type of company does that to their customers. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.
So I forgot to set up my auto payment on my Cricket account and because of that my lines were suspended (100% my fault) so I realized this morning 4/1/2022 that my phone lines were suspended so I immediately went to make a payment with Apple Pay, after “making” the payment my phone was still suspended so I made another with Apple Pay which did not lift the suspension so I figured none of the payments went through, I paid $113 4 time with Apple Pay and the suspension was never lifted so I decided to try PayPal I did PayPal twice and the suspension never lifted…so I finally got up to get my card ( I used PayPal and Apple Pay because it was early, almost 4:30 am) I paid with my card and the suspension was immediately lifted…the problem I have is that they charged my account for the 6 other times I thought the payments had not gone through…so I was charged a total of 7 times and now I have a $452 credit (they credited me on my cricket account for only 4 times that they charged me) but they
I am a new customer that needed a hotspot th at used external antenna like the nighthawk mr1100. After buying an unlocked one from Amazon since cricket didn’t have any…and researching lots of issues …i tried to activate it on cricket and was told it was activated…but if it didn’t work …it must be locked… aftee 3 weeks of trying cricket stores and online and getting 3 more hotspots …i find an online listing on att community that says the son must be changed…so I did that and it works now….but after 24 days of no service….when I call to ask for an adjustment to my servies time. I m told no. Since it was my fault the device wasn’t set properly…but no one at cricket EVER told me what APN settings were required or that they should be checked….so now I have paid $55 for a month of service I didn’t receive and they will do nothing…. NEVER GOING TO USE CRICKET
I would love to know who is going to reinburse me the time and gas money I have now wasted by driving to the columbia ave, Lancaster pa store to make my cash payment only to stand inside of a completely empty store for 10mins and never seen an employee and ran out of time on my break so had to leave without reaolve. Now I have wasted the only time I had to make my payment before my due date and drove the 30mins to store and wont have a chance to make it back there again before my phone gets suspended.. Who is going to fix this situation??? Ridiculous customer service!! Totally unacceptable
My phone number got ported yesterday morning. I have 4 lines and two of them got ported out without our consent. Usually when any changes are made we get a text on our phones, none of the 4 lines got a text about changes. My husband went to the cricket store and we’re not able to help him and sold him another chip and gave him a new number. He needs a phone due to his job (frontline essential worker). He called cricket and was giving a case number and told they will going to put priority on it and we’re going to call him. I contacted someone through cricket chat late afternoon and told them about the issue, I was not given a case number nor did they ask for previous case number. Was also told we’re going to put a priority on it and someone was going to call us shortly. Not sure if they using that word just to give us hope someone will call us right away. We are going on the 2nd day and still no phone call from cricket. So I have been without service thankfully I have wifi for no
