I sitting here in my room worried about what just happened. I was ordering a new phone for my dad and I bought him one but my card was charged 4 more times with the same phone when I only bought one. I only got one confirmation email about the phone being ordered and the others I didn’t even make.when I went to my banking app it said I was pending. Who should I contact about this. I don’t want my card to be charged that many time. I still want the phone I bought but I just want the other 4 transactions to be taken off my card and not be pending anymore.
So I went online on cricket to switch over to them and get the free iPhone se if I switch over my phone number deal and when i got all the way to the end of checkout they said they couldn’t process my order and to try again later but they still charged my card $180!! I never got an confirmation email for the order nothing but I’m sitting here at 11:44 pm and my bank just gave me a notification that the charge from 180 from cricket has gone from pending to completed! I’m freaking out cuz my current iPhone SE is broken asf cracked screen and I need a new phone before me and my husband move back home in match , I tried to do the order again and it told me they’re already trying to switch my number over to cricket so I’m so confused where is my confirmation email?!
Cricket this is just bs. My service was supposed to be good until 11:59 pm. I paid in full at 11:44 pm. Only to find out that my account has been suspended and a $45 reactivation fee must be paid in order to restore or service?!?! Not to mention my fathers in the hospital just suffered a medical emergency and now he nor the doctors can get ahold of me. Wtf cricket??I AM BEYOND LIVID seeing as my service should have never been disconnected anyway....There is NO WAY to contact anybody in person. The "chat" with "us" is actually a stupid bot that doesn't have the ability to fix or help with ANYTHING....So, now, I have no phone service. I've PAID for my families phone service, ON TIME, but yet our phones are deactivated. REALLY CRICKET.
Hello, This is Busra Taygun and we are using Cricket line for 5 years. When my parents came to Houston 5 years ago, They choose cricket line. We were trusting the service. We have never lived any problem with the line, while paying our bills. My uncle came to Houston 2 days ago and I wanted to help him about the lines and recommended him cricket line, even we added his phone number to our account. Anyway, We went to cricket store (7913 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77063) and the store manager told us, If you add a new line to your account, you will pay total $115. And we accepted that bought a new line and paid(62.87). After 1 day, I checked my cricket account and I saw there is more than $115 bill($122.50). I went to the store again and asked him this situation and he said I made a mistake it was $125 not $115. I have shocked with this answer. There is a store manager who sells lines, phones and services but does not know the prices?? He made me a fool. I shyly explained the situation
Cricket sends me a text thanking me for 6 months of being with their service. To celebrate, I pay MORE than my bill which is usually $41, and my service is suspended anyway. EVERY month since I've been with Cricket, I have received the ACP benefit, or affordable connectivity program, which takes $30 off of my $71 bill, leaving my bill to be $41. I set up bridge pay, and paid $25. Twice. That adds up to $50. So even with a $5 service fee for using the bridge pay, which would be $46, leaving me with a $4 credit. Yet my service is still suspended. I went into the store for help, and was told that they could not do anything. I called Cricket customer service, and was told the same thing. You are so welcome, Cricket, for 6 months of loyalty. Thank you for suspending my service, even though I paid more than my bill. Fantastic. How fast can I find another cell phone provider...? There must be some company that would actually appreciate 6 months of loyalty instead of shutting my phone off when
The past year has been financially challenging for many Americans and Cricket is here to help. As always, we’re committed to make it easy for our customers to get the connectivity they need, on a plan they can smile about, but now we’re taking it one step further to assist those most in need.Starting today, customers who are eligible for relief through the temporary Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB), a federal government program that provides eligible customers a benefit of up to $50/mo. on home or wireless internet service, can come to Cricket and sign up for eligible wireless voice-and-data service.Eligible households on Tribal lands can receive a benefit of up to $75/mo.If you’ve been financially affected by COVID-19 or currently participate in financial assistance programs, you could be eligible for temporary relief on our eligible Cricket plans:**Cricket More: Unlimited calls and data*** + 15 GB of Mobile Hotspot for $10/mo. after temporary EBB applied (regularly $60/mo.). $5/mo.
Why is it a policy to force people to stay with your service because of some policy that is ONLY in place for customer retention? Your company does not offer the LifeLine Program! You ONLY offer ACP they are NOT the same thing!
This is absolutely insane that people are being held to a “Policy” that is not disclosed to them when they purchase new equipment from Cricket! What is worse is that you do not offer ALL of the programs that are out there for your customers! Affordable Connectivity Program is COMPLETELY different then LifeLine Program. Why do your customers service rep’s not know the difference!? Your “Policy” holds all users of your service in a contractual agreement that they are not aware of, it is called a Quasi Contract. Everything that you advertise says you have no contracts! That is FALSE!! THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND EXTREMELY MISLEADING! Looks like its time to contact an attorney!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS TAKING MONEY BUT REFUSING TO PROVIDE SERVICE. I started a new line last month on the $40 plan. I immediately noticed my service was very slow, I only had 1 bar of service and I was barely able to make a call. After 3 days I received a text saying all my data was used and my data would be even slower. I then paid an additional $13 to upgrade to the unlimited data plan. This DID NOT help and my data connection was still bad (I would get error messages saying I was not connected to the network as well as seeing it on my phone. I called customer service (Aug 24) and the rep said she would create a ticket to fix the issue and issue me a courtesy credit for the inconvenience. No one every contacted me or did anything about that ticket. Since that first call I have called over 10 times ( just spoke to a rep 2hrs ago) to report the same issue and that my data is not working but they issued another ticket, some reps hung up the phone in my face and some promised an
I tried paying my phone bill on 01/11/23. It kept saying error for some unknown reason yet to my surprise, the following day I saw that my card has 5 pending charges from cricket of $118 each and my phone was disconnected. The money has been taken out of my account although it says pending. I paid using a PayPal debit card and Paypal said that they are unable to help until 30 days have passed. That I needed to reach out to Cricket to have this resolved. I have tried reaching out multiple times the last few days, sat on hold for a long amounts of time and then have gotten hung up on each time. This is a last resort effort to get help. Hoping someone at Cricket can help.
I had good service with cricket for a little while, then after using my hotspot to play games. I am experiencing horrible network speeds upload and download. It seems to be a software designed to activate when your data is flowing too high. Then they shut me down to less than 1mb/s with full bars of 5g service and a $70 plan. Also they flip the network to 4g more often after I got into asking the 'right questions' with customer service. I was hung up on. And then told later that 200 kb/s was acceptable and fast service. PFFFFT! What a joke. And Very unacceptable service. All I asked was if they could send someone to look at the tower. As well, just paid my bill a few ago. My data allotment is not used up either. I am SOO GLAD GOOGLE OFFERS A SPEED TEST TO BACK UP MY OPINIONS!
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and upgraded my phone a few times without any problems until now. I bought a phone online late November and returned it within the 7 day limit (without activation, without inserting new sim card). When trying to return phone, the return shipping label did not arrive as promised. I ended up on phone with claims dept. and they sent me the shipping label and assured me that they would refund the purchase price when phone was received in new condition and that another dept. would process the refund for the $25 fee. There was nothing wrong with phone - I just did not like that it did not come with a wall charger (it had the kind of charger that must be plugged into a laptop or TV which won’t work for me.) I received a return confirmation email early December confirming receipt of phone and telling me that the amount of the refund would be the full amount I paid (the phone plus tax plus the $25 fee) and it would arrive within 10 business days. I
I've had autopay set up for the past 5 or 6 years. It's never been an issue. Last month I see autopay didn't go through (although I'm unsure why). Today I wake up -- on Christmas -- to a phone that won't work. I look at my account and it has been suspended. Autopay didn't work as it should have this month either. Now they want me to pay an extra $15 to reactivate my SUSPENDED account. No ma'am! Autopay failed on Cricket's end. All of my info has been the same and never changed. Something's going on and I shouldn't have to pay a reconnect fee. Not happy right now, Cricket. I'm not happy at all. I need this issue resolved.
I am trying to order a new phone through the Cricket Wireless online store. I am using a Vanilla Visa debit gift card as payment. Mind you, the amount on the card DOES exceed the total price of the phone as well as the additional fees required! Plus, I’ve always been using such cards to pay my monthly bill. The issue I’m having now is, when I’m at the checkout page, I’m using the “Credit Card” option. When I input the card number, expiration date, CVV, and all that, then hit “Continue”, I keep getting an error message saying, “Your card was declined. Please use another payment method.”Why is this? I think I know what MIGHT be the issue. Where it asks for a first and last name, I tried MY first and last name and still didn’t work. I even tried “a gift” as the first name and “for you” as the last name and that didn't work either. There’s no “name” on this card.Any thoughts or suggestions as to how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
So last week I set up bride payment it been a rough year lost my job of 17 years. I put in my cc Info they say their has been a problem processing payment. So I do it again samethijg problem processing payment. Suddenly a minute later two Different $25 payments are taken from my account. This overdraws my bank account and now gives me a $35 fee. I could not get customer service on phone until day 4 after waiting over a hour 3 out of the four days. Day 4 I get guy on phone he looks into account ( broken English ) barely understands me he apologizes many times tells me he willfix the problem and I don’t owe no more money. Sure thing I wake up Sunday morning and my phone is off and I have to pay reactivation fee of $25 ans the $15 they were supposed to waive. With my bank account messed up my phone bill is costing me Near $150 one month week before Xmas. Cricket and their customer service is the worse ever stay away from them. I am done after 3 years
Trying to pay via paypal and then via google pay to get a payment processed for an upgraded phone because I have no choice due to phone malfunctioning.. nothing is being processed and the page keeps loading over and over to click to pay .. what is the glitch malfunction with payment page ?
We have 5 phones on our plan and I just replaced one of the phones. Supposedly if you buy online there is no activation fee as is clearly stated. I have auto pay set up so they pulled out $25 less than the normal bill since I paid the $25 dollar activation fee when I bought the phone. This morning our phones were all not working. Cricket said I now owed $40 (25 for the money supposedly owed plus 15 reactivation). Has anyone else had this problem and is there anyone I can contact to get this fix? I can't believe even with auto pay they screwed this up so bad. Sad because I really like the service.
Cricket and bridgepay is complete BS! I’m frustrated and furious! Customer service sucks INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I initiated bridgepay 11/25/2022 $80 then was told remaining $50 was due BEFORE 11:59 Dec 2 which I paid at 8:22 pm NOW my line is disconnected and they want me to pay $125 saying I was misinformed and they sent all the lines a text saying the balance was $59.73 WTFFFF EF CRICKET I guess I rather struggle with another company than this company. They don’t help they are thieves🤬so t try he $50 I paid yesterday I lose🤬hell no I’d rather go back to boost
I went through the process of returning a phone I did not end up liking within the return policy with the help of the warranty department.this was in March 2022as of august 2022 I have not received a refund or the phone back. I have called cricket customer service multiple times being into he line for over 3 hours at a time. I have also left messages with the warranty department as directed when you are transferred to that line.Further you can’t just go to a local store if you purchased online you have to go through the online return process. horrible service. At least send me back the phone if I am not getting a refund.
