For both March 2023 and April 2023, my account was on AutoPay and a payment was made. Unfortunately, the lines were suspended both months. The second suspension was May 14th. Resolving the issue required calling, and each time there were charges for late payment and/or resuming of service due to the suspension.
Given this occurred twice please review the account for issues. What is needed to avoid this from recurring next month?
