Autopay

Payment Card was declined. I changed to a new one and set up for auto pay the same day. So, why was my service cut off? I had to pay $19 on top of my $100 over the phone just to get it back on since i did not have internet access to pay the account.

Thank you for reaching out.  Unfortunately, if the Autopay was changed that day it will not deduct until the next bill cycle.  Therefore the service was suspended and a reactivation fee was charged.
