Autopay glitch

I am on autopay.  My bill is $160 per month.  Autopay took $135 on Saturday and then my account was suspended.  Then I had to pay a reinstate fee???  It is autopay and I’ve been using it for the past 4 years!!!  So why is this my issue and why was I assessed a penalty when I am on autopay?  Why did autopay take less than way was owed?  And why is that my issue?

This is not solved….nobody has gotten back to me.  I reached out via PM but nobody has returned my inquiry.  Please don’t mark it solved until it is truly solved.
