Bad customer service
Was supposed to get a free month for December called December 1st to make sure that they were going to take care of it for December 2nd woke up the morning of December 2nd and my phone was off had nothing but problems for the last 3 months with Cricket wireless would like to speak with someone in corporate not the customer service line
Bad user experiencCustomer onboarding is never particularly pleasant for the user. But it is a necessary evil to get to the next step of the customer journey and develop a trusting and ongoing relationship.
