Bad signal reputation

I had good service with cricket for a little while,then after using my hotspot to play games. I am experiencing horrible network speeds upload and download. It seems to be a software designed to activate when your data is flowing too high.

Then they shut me down to less than 1mb/s with full bars of 5g service and a $70 plan. Also they flip the network to 4g more often after I got into asking the 'right questions' with customer service. I was hung up on. And then told later that 200 kb/s was acceptable and fast service. PFFFFT! What a joke. And Very unacceptable service. All I asked was if they could send someone to look at the tower. As well,just paid my bill a few ago. My data allotment is not used up either. I am SOO GLAD GOOGLE OFFERS A SPEED TEST TO BACK UP MY OPINIONS!

@Itsboyo987 I would reach out to their social media folks. They have been helpful in the past and seem to have more capabilities than their phone support.
