Is there any way to get this issue solved before 9am ET??????
I paid the Bridge Pay amount like I do every month before the cut off date and time and my phone service still got cut off! This is HIGHLY inconvenient considering the type of work I do requires my service to be working properly! The next part is that customer service is closed and I can't seem to find a way to get any help after hours I guess you would say. So I'm going to have to wait another 8 hours just to be able to speak with a customer service agent! Help!!! The payment made is able to be seen, but isn't posted on the account!!!
