Bridge Pay didn't work!!!!

Is there any way to get this issue solved before 9am ET??????

I paid the Bridge Pay amount like I do every month before the cut off date and time and my phone service still got cut off! This is HIGHLY inconvenient considering the type of work I do requires my service to be working properly! The next part is that customer service is closed and I can't seem to find a way to get any help after hours I guess you would say. So I'm going to have to wait another 8 hours just to be able to speak with a customer service agent! Help!!! The payment made is able to be seen, but isn't posted on the account!!!

Hey @jimspeakman38 were you able to get some help? This also happened to me. I thought I paid on time, but they go by Central time.

Yes it did get resolved, other than having to wait until normal operating business hours it was resolved SUPER easily and I had absolutely no problems, as well as great customer service!


To be honest I was dreading it all night and so worried I was going to have a hard time, but it could not have been further from the truth. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had to honest!
