Where can I report a bug in the billing system?
If you have autopay and you get a new card from your provider where only the expiration date has changed cricket will not update your card in their system no matter how many times you do it, it still attempts to bill with the old expiration date on the autopay.

Hello there, allow us to explain that if your card information is changed, our system won’t update it unless you call or change the information through the App/Website. We do not have access to your bank information, that’s why we suggest you to update your card information at least 7 days before your due date, so our system will take the payment on your new card. I have called and changed the information on the auto pay more than once, As you can see even your response doesn’t help any, of course I updated the card information on the website, once on the app and called multiple times, let me rephrase the problem.

If the card number remains the same and only the expiration date has changed and you update this information on crickets website/app/customer service rep it doesn’t take affect as if it doesn’t care about the expiration date being updated, I can only assume there is a check if (card number==old number) use whats already stored or something silly.
