Can I speak to an actual manager?
Spent almost 2 hours today trying to talk to someone who could answer the question of “why does the home screen of my app say that My debit card will be charged November 7th but my card was actually charged on the 6th?” Was told that it was pretty much my fault with no real explanation or even a sorry. I would like to talk to a real manager instead of Monica Lemus who said she was the only manager I could speak to. There is no way she was the only available manager in the US. If so we are all doomed
