Charged double for a phone plan

I was charged twice for a phone plan. I think it paid next months phone plan since it says I owe $0 Sept 17th.
I didn't want to do this. I have no idea why it did this. And dialing the Customer service does absolutely nothing with my problem.
Before you give me a phone number to call, I tried it. It will dial, then tell me to wait, then say I can't be connected and hangs up.
