THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS TAKING MONEY BUT REFUSING TO PROVIDE SERVICE. I started a new line last month on the $40 plan. I immediately noticed my service was very slow, I only had 1 bar of service and I was barely able to make a call. After 3 days I received a text saying all my data was used and my data would be even slower. I then paid an additional $13 to upgrade to the unlimited data plan. This DID NOT help and my data connection was still bad (I would get error messages saying I was not connected to the network as well as seeing it on my phone. I called customer service (Aug 24) and the rep said she would create a ticket to fix the issue and issue me a courtesy credit for the inconvenience. No one every contacted me or did anything about that ticket. Since that first call I have called over 10 times ( just spoke to a rep 2hrs ago) to report the same issue and that my data is not working but they issued another ticket, some reps hung up the phone in my face and some promised another credit but all of that was a LIE because they have not done anything. Last week customer service said I need to go the store and they will fix it, I went to the store and the rep said they COULD NOT help me I need to call customer service. My phone was turned off this morning and I was told by a supervisor """ I NEED TO PAY MY BILL AND HAVE MY SERVICE RESTORED SO THEY COULD TROUBLESHOOT THE PHONE""" They had over 3 weeks to do troubleshooting but they refused. Then she said """ I can give you a credit of 0 dollars"""". Wow this company should be ashamed of themselves.
