THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS TAKING MONEY BUT REFUSING TO PROVIDE SERVICE. I started a new line last month on the $40 plan. I immediately noticed my service was very slow, I only had 1 bar of service and I was barely able to make a call. After 3 days I received a text saying all my data was used and my data would be even slower. I then paid an additional $13 to upgrade to the unlimited data plan. This DID NOT help and my data connection was still bad (I would get error messages saying I was not connected to the network as well as seeing it on my phone. I called customer service (Aug 24) and the rep said she would create a ticket to fix the issue and issue me a courtesy credit for the inconvenience. No one every contacted me or did anything about that ticket. Since that first call I have called over 10 times ( just spoke to a rep 2hrs ago) to report the same issue and that my data is not working but they issued another ticket, some reps hung up the phone in my face and some promised another credit but all of that was a LIE because they have not done anything. Last week customer service said I need to go the store and they will fix it, I went to the store and the rep said they COULD NOT help me I need to call customer service. My phone was turned off this morning and I was told by a supervisor """ I NEED TO PAY MY BILL AND HAVE MY SERVICE RESTORED SO THEY COULD TROUBLESHOOT THE PHONE""" They had over 3 weeks to do troubleshooting but they refused. Then she said """ I can give you a credit of 0 dollars"""". Wow this company should be ashamed of themselves.

This is what happens when the upper levels of a company establish (intentionally) barriers between themselves and the purchasers of their products or services. They accept upfront that a percentage of the customers will be mistreated and even harmed and plan for it as acceptable loss. If anyone knows of a company that puts no such plan or barriers in place, please let the rest of us in on that ! In the meantime, those lied to, stolen from, having secondary losses due to loss of product or service, and in all other ways mistreated....they don't care. That's the message I am getting loud and clear.

CRICKET IS A FRAUD!!!!! THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT BACK ANY MISHANDLED TRANSACTIONS ON THEIR END. I HAVE 5 LINES WITH THEM AND I AM PULLING ALL OF THEM AT END OF THIS CYCLE 1/27/2023. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. I ACCIDENTALLY ADDED AN INTL PLAN OF $15 1 HOUR BEFORE MY PLAN WAS CHANGING FOR THE NEXT BILLING PERIOD. THEY WENT IN AND CHARGED ME $30 FOR 2 DAYS OF SERVICE ONLY BECAUSE I CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY THE MISTAKE. THE INTL PLAN DOES NOT EVEN WORK ANYWAY. THEN THEY TOLD ME $0 DUE AT THE TIME AND LATER THAT EVENING DISCONNECTED ALL 5 OF MY LINES WHILE MY YOUNGER SON WAS IN THAILAND. THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $15 TO RECONNECT MY LINES FOR SOMETHING I HAD NO IDEA AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THIS ALL HAPPENED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHILE I WOULD HAVE BEEN SLEEPING IF I HAD NOT TRIED TO FIX MY INITIAL MISTAKE. CHATTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP. ON MY WAY NOW TO SOCIAL MEDIA TO LIGHT THEM UP AND REPORT TO THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION. I WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY TODAY SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO OTHER PEOPLE.

Okay you say shoot a message on twitter ,Facebook and stuff like that, But what are you to do if you don’t have those stupid social media BS ? First phone company that I have ever seen where you have to go through social garbage media to get answers ! Reckon it fits Cricket perfectly though with Garbage service and GARBAGE customer service! I will be going elsewhere as well! Because was told if I switched our family plan to them(Cricket) that my bill would be $130 a month for 5 lines and it was the first fricken month and now Trying to charge me $171 dollars a month! I mean WTF! Big mistake switching to these SCAM artists! By far probably the biggest mistake in my life!
