So last week I set up bride payment it been a rough year lost my job of 17 years. I put in my cc Info they say their has been a problem processing payment. So I do it again samethijg problem processing payment. Suddenly a minute later two Different $25 payments are taken from my account. This overdraws my bank account and now gives me a $35 fee. I could not get customer service on phone until day 4 after waiting over a hour 3 out of the four days. Day 4 I get guy on phone he looks into account ( broken English ) barely understands me he apologizes many times tells me he will
fix the problem and I don’t owe no more money. Sure thing I wake up Sunday morning and my phone is off and I have to pay reactivation fee of $25 ans the $15 they were supposed to waive. With my bank account messed up my phone bill is costing me Near $150 one month week before Xmas. Cricket and their customer service is the worse ever stay away from them. I am done after 3 years
