Cricket refusing to refund unactivated service.

I ordered two phones and a service plan online, I received the phones but never activated the service or did the number port.


I requested a refund within 7 days which went through and showed I would get the full amount I paid but cricket has refused to refund the charge for the month of service.

I will dispute the charge on my credit card but this is completely insane, customer service is horrible. I will never use cricket as a company again if I need to go through my credit card company to fix it.

Will anyone be here correct the problem?
