Data not resetting

Hello, I have a question about my data not resetting. 

My family pays for an unlimited plan for everyone(I forgot which one) 

A couple days ago we renewed our data plan and everyone's cell data reset except mine, it hasn't reset in a while. I'm not sure what's going on but if there's some way to fix it that would be amazing. 

Sorry for the bad description I'm not really sure what to say.

Hi @ImOnlyHereForProblems 

Please know that your data resets when you bill cycle starts, not when the payment is made. For example, if your bill cycle date is the 3rd of each month, but the payment was made on the 1st, your data would still be refreshed on the 3rd, as the bill cycle you paid for has not started yet. It is recommend to check on the MyCricket app, to know when the bill cycle date starts.

I did not mean to mark this a solved, it's been months since my data reset.
