empty store when trying to pay bill!!

I would love to know who is going to reinburse me the time and gas money I have now wasted by driving to the columbia ave, Lancaster pa store to make my cash payment only to stand inside of a completely empty store for 10mins and never seen an employee and ran out of time on my break so had to leave without reaolve. Now I have wasted the only time I had to make my payment before my due date and drove the 30mins to store and wont have a chance to make it back there again before my phone gets suspended.. Who is going to fix this situation??? Ridiculous customer service!! Totally unacceptable
