Has cricket stolen money from any one here lately?

I am not a Cricket customer and yet they managed to steal more than $2,400.00 buck from me.  I called Cricket less than 20 minutes after the stole my money and they refused to help me because they said I was not a customer.  I have heard of similar complaints and was wondering how many of there customers they steal from.

Yes Bridge payment! I made first bridge payment on time. Second one I was 1 day late and made final payment I thought and service was turned back on. The next morning service was off again and was told to pay $10 extra per line total $32 for second late bridge payment. The Month with cricket. Had them for 2yrs I’m done. Worst company policies ever and will file civil this time.

HELP PLEEEESE!!  My 80 year old mom and mentally/physically handicapped brother are being ripped off by Cricket charging their credit card for a phone they don't have. I have reported this location on Broadway in Lemon Grove, California to the District Attorney and the BBB and the San Diego Elder Abuse Dept. and I am looking for who else I can file a formal complaint with? My mom has been asking for the managers name or supervisors name/number and they refuse to give it. She has been asking for proof of signing up for a phone or the video from store camera showing her come to the store on the day they claim she signed up for one. They have the audacity to tell her "they lost it" and can't remember because she is possibly hallucinating. We are insulted, offended, and seeking legal representation. And while we were there, another very old man in line had his bill and was disputing a charge for something he never requested or signed up for.  This has to stop.....

tried to switch my lifeline EBB account to cricket today, actually I started this process yesterday. Let me just skip the whole 5 hours of disconnects, phone shuffling me to one rep to another. Was discounted for the last time today because when I hit redial, they were closed. Now I tried logging into my lifeline account and it's no longer an active account. Oh and no EBB either. They charged me 55.00$ today and the only thing they did was create another cricket account which apparently I'm praying full price for. 

I need this taken seriously.

A total of 9 phone calls from yesterday and today. 

someone in corporate should probably listen to those calls.

So I'm out 55.00$ on a emergency assistance program, and have no access to my assurance FREE lifeline program. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone to even acknowledge the problem.

where should I take this very valid complaint?
