Havent been able to ugrade phone

It's been two weeks. CRICKET keeps declining every card I have. I used my debit card first then I tried a credit card. When the credit card was used it said the address didn't match. It did. Now there's a pending charge on my credit card with no phone to show for it. 

Has any one else had this problem HOW do I fix it? It's becoming more and more bothersome. Nobody has a real answer when I call cricket

Okay so my address has been changed. Did not work. Now what?
