I started an order online  02/18/23 I talked to a woman gave her my information I couldn’t understand she had broken English I don’t think she understood me so I told her to just cancel my order and I would go to a cricket store the next day and get the phone. She never asked my email so I went to cricket store next day and ported my number to cricket and got a new phone and the store activated it. Today 02/22/23 a duplicated phone was delivered from an Oder that was cancelled  and charged my bank for the cancelled order. How can I return . You need my email to send me the mailing label. I thought it was odd I never got a confirmation email so she must not have asked for it. How do I return without the email from you with mailing label?

I am not an expert but I just want to tell you somethings It may be help you. First of all I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing with your order. Here are the steps you can take to return the duplicated phone:

  1. Contact the company from which you placed the order and inform them that you have received a duplicated phone that you did not want. Explain that you had canceled the order before it was shipped and that you did not receive any confirmation email with the mailing label.

  2. Provide the company with your order number and any other relevant information they may require to process your return.

  3. Ask the company to provide you with a mailing label that you can use to return the duplicated phone. They may be able to send it to you via email or provide you with instructions on how to print one from their website.

  4. Once you receive the mailing label, package the duplicated phone securely and attach the label to the package.

  5. Drop off the package at a post office or shipping center and keep the tracking information for your records.

  6. Follow up with the company to ensure that they have received the returned phone and that your refund has been processed. PartyCityFeedback

If you are unable to reach the company or are not satisfied with their response, you may want to consider filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge for the duplicated phone.
