I'm Confused about my auto payment

So this last bill I had all but 5.00 paid I have had auto pay on over 2.5 years at least my account got suspended I don't understand why and then I had to pay to get it on in the middle of the night on a different connection 😕

Hi @707Doglover. Make sure that you had the new or same card on file. If you do any update with your bank, you also have to do it in your Cricket account to avoid any suspension.

No I haven't changed anything but I did have to credits from the games I never done that much before I no I had money in my account as well I haven't tried to call the company again thanks for any info
