In a bit of a bind

I am on short term disability, due to having a new born. I barely make ends meet at the moment, and my fiancee is a stay at home dad to watch our first child who has a medical condition. Due to this small factor, I am unable to pay this months bill. Do I contact customer service or just let it go until I go back to work next month?
